Shuttle to light rail is pretty easy to find. Just follow the signs in SeaTac for Public Transportation and it should take you right to it.

Seattle Waterfront + Pike Place Market - Seattle vlog

Will it be better to use a taxi or call 55 at the airport for a car. According to their web site you have to be staying at one of the partner hotels to get the12 price for transport from the hotel to the cruise ship terminal. Find answers:.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} I'd opt for the light rail from SeaTac to Westlake Station in the heart of downtown. There are several Mariott Hotels listed on their web site, but not that particular one. Also, it is easier for the Taxi drivers as there is an Amtrak train that arrives from Canada at pm, and so there are already great swarms of taxis already in that part of town anyway. Please understand that the Sea-Tac airport is quite some distance south of Seattle, and even in a different city. You might try contacting one of the Seattle taxi comapnies, for example YellowCab [original link] and see what they suggest. You will probably have to call them and find out what they offer for that particular hotel. I think you may wind up meeting your taxi at the Union Station area, as that area has a few locations where it is easier for a taxi to get out of traffic. Taking a taxi into downtown Seattle is not cheap, but they do have a flat rate charge fee in effect. Does anyone have any advice? However, it is quite close to the 60 series numbered cruise ship terminals so they do go right past that hotel. Does your cruise ship leave from one of the 90 series numbered piers, or one of the 60 series numbered piers? These are two very different locations, and if it is one of the 90 numbered piers then you will need additional transportation to get from the hotel to the cruise ship. However, the area around Westlake isn't that easy to find a place for a taxi to pick you up as there aren't many curb pull-out lanes. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}We are coming to Seattle to begin a cruise. Straight forward and you catch it at the airport on the 2nd level and over the catwalk - it is clearly marked. Goodfish's idea of taking the light rail train could work, and there should be some luggage space on the trains that late at night. When we arrived into Seattle - approximately 10pm, we took this downtown - easy and cheap at around bucks? Check them out at [original link] Good luck, Homer. I believe they have service to the Pier. It will be a lot cheaper than taking a cab from the airport. It is32 for anyone going from the SeaTac airport to the core downtown area. We will be coming off the plane around 9 pm. A bit of a small walk especially with luggage but you should be able to take the luggage cart at least most of the way.
